Upon confirmation, we charge your credit card for the entire amount of your stay. While we will do our best to accommodate any change in your travel schedule, for a full refund or to reschedule the date of arrival we require a minimum of seven (7) day advance notice prior to your date of arrival. Special Discount Offers, Events and Holidays require a fourteen (14) to sixty (60) day notice. Room rates vary by seasons, special events and day of the week. If higher rate is applicable to the rescheduled dates, you must pay the difference at the time of rescheduling. Failure to cancel or reschedule seven (7) days prior to your date of arrival will result in forfeiture of all payments (unless Special Discount Offer, Event or Holiday which require 14 to 60 days notice depending on event/special).
